Hi, I’m Christine. With over 34 years of experience as a massage therapist and more than 14 years of advanced myofascial release training, I help people reduce chronic pain, improve movement, and restore balance in their bodies. My work focuses on freeing restricted fascia, easing tension patterns, and teaching practical self-care techniques clients can use at home.

I help people living with chronic pain learn to understand and work with their own bodies so they can stop depending on endless appointments and start experiencing real, lasting relief.

Through Connective Healing, I work with clients one-on-one via Zoom using structural analysis and hands-on self-care tools. My mission is simple: give you the knowledge and techniques to become your own best healer.
