Fascia Release Starts With Understanding Your Body
If chronic pain, tight fascia, or a body that feels out of reach has become your normal, you’re in the right place. I teach self-healing fascia release to women in perimenopause, menopause, and/or navigating autoimmune conditions, so they can reconnect with their bodies and heal from the inside out.
ask yourself
Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
- You wake up stiff every morning, and your body never quite loosens up.
- You’ve tried yoga, stretching, even physical therapy, and the relief never lasts.
- You’ve felt dismissed or unheard by providers who couldn’t explain what was happening in your body.
- You’re tired of appointments that treat the symptom and never the source.
If any of this feels familiar, I want you to know your body isn’t broken. It’s holding tension it’s never been taught to release, and fascia release is often the missing piece.

You deserve to feel good in your body.
Hi, I’m Christine. I’ve spent over 34 years as a massage therapist and more than 14 years deep in advanced myofascial release training, helping people ease chronic pain, move more freely, and find balance again in bodies that have felt out of reach for a long time.
Much of my work is with women in perimenopause and menopause, often navigating an autoimmune condition alongside symptoms like dehydrated fascia and restricted range of motion. Many of you have felt unheard by other providers before finding your way here. I see you, and I believe in what your body is capable of.
My focus is teaching you to work with your own body, not depend on it. Through hands-on myofascial release and practical self-healing tools, I help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and what it needs from you.
Through Connective Healing, I work with clients one-on-one over Zoom using structural analysis and self-healing techniques you can return to on your own. My mission is simple: give you the knowledge to become your own best healer. My free guide is where that journey starts.
